This place belongs to a couple of artists. It has eight fully independent rooms and one more inside the owners´ house. These are simple but comfortable, clean and cosy. With a colonial style in its exterior, and warm and colourful interior, reflects the soul of the place in which all photographs and paintings are the artists´.
The breakfast is an additional service for those who want it. La Estancia is specialized in receiving family and friends groups or happy couples who want to enjoy all these details.
There are different rates according to the high- medium or low season.
Estancia EL OLIVO B&B, VIP GUEST. To be VIP guests of the Estancia El Olivo B&B, was called a record sheet, especially with its data, must come at least once a month, you or a referral him, the price depending on the period that corresponds but includes breakfast, valid only in Low and Medium season, for VIP GUEST.

The "Estancia EL OLIVO" there since 1989.
In the mid 90´s joined the Bed & Breakfast concept, at your service, this for pleasant experience that owner´s wife lived in England, to whom the hospitality and personalized attention with a delicious breakfast at one britanic B&B, the captive, especially for its excellent value for money.
Beside the artists-owners´ house there is a hall of rooms which frame a patio where the main characters are the Olive trees: of subtle beauty, with green-silver leaves, this kind of tree came to Villa de Leyva 400 years ago.
These in particular have a special meaning because each one was sewed on the date of birth of each one of the family members.

HOW TO BOOK
For booking, please call in advance in order to verify the room you want is available. After that it is required to make a bank consignation of 50% of the total if it is for more than two nights. If it is just for a night the consignation must be for the total.
